Junior Counselors:
Junior Counselors support Head Counselors.
Spend the day working with assigned camper groups and participating in all activities with them.
Applicants who have patience, compassion, listening and communication skills, spirit and the ability to relate well to children.
Candidates must be entering 11th or 12th grade.
Head Counselors:
Each camper group is lead by at least one Head Counselor
Head Counselor fills the role as mentor, coach, and supervisor
Head Counselors spend the day working with the campers and junior staff, participating in all activities.
Applicants who have patience, compassion, listening and communication skills, spirit and the ability to relate well to children.
Candidates must be HS graduates or equivalent.
Group preference given to those who can commit to the majority of the summer.
Division Leaders:
In addition to the role of Head Counselor - Division Leaders act as a direct liaison between the Directors and the grade levels for which they are responsible.
Division Leaders are direct supervisors of the campers and counselors in their groups and assist the Directors with all activities, group issues and staff performance. Division Leaders meet with the Directors to exchange information as to the events of that particular day and maintain an open line of communication with their counselors and campers.
Division Leaders must have at least 2 years of Head Counselor Experience.

Lead Specialists
Lead Specialists will create, teach and supervise the campers assigned to their specialty area and report to our Specialist Director.
Applicants should demonstrate significant experience teaching/coaching in that specialty area as well as the ability to supervise.
We require our Lead Specialists to be able to work autonomously, developing their own program within our camp’s philosophy.
We follow a team approach and all work together to ensure the highest quality program and camp experience.
