Day Camp
This page will help you gain insight to a typical camp day. Activities are age appropriate, busy and a whole lot of fun! We look forward to welcoming your camper to enjoy their Summer on the Summit!
For campers entering 1 - 5th grade in the fall
15-20 campers per group
Groups are assigned to accommodate enrollment.
Campers are bunked according to grade level.
Two staff members
One to two CITs per group
Two or more specialist activities per day
Weekly special events
Themed spirit days
Daily swim or water play
Free-choice blocks for 3rd grade and up
Early Childhood Camp
For campers entering PreK and K in the fall
No more than 15 campers per group
Three staff members (w/preschool certifications)
Daily rest time and snack
Water play (no pool) for Pre K and
Daily pool for K students
Special events and guests

Two specialist activities per day
Sports Camp
For sports enthusiast campers entering 5th - 8th grade in the fall
Sports programming along with general camp activities daily

Sports Campers will participate in a variety of sports that focus on developing their fundamental skills and knowledge of the game. Sports will include, but are not limited to: flag football, basketball, soccer, baseball, and field hockey. Sports Campers will participate in our “free-choice” blocks once a week.
Teen Camp
For campers entering 6th - 8th grade in the fall
General camp activities as well as possible off-campus day trips

Teen Camp (TC) is specifically designed for pre- and early-teens entering 6th, 7th and 8th grades. TC offers students more free-choice blocks to allow your camper more independence during the camp day, as well as weekly sessions with a leadership advisor. Every summer will also include at least two "Camp Cares" projects whereby the TC group will sponsor a camp-wide community service project, as well as our very popular LATE NIGHT event!
